Recipe: Paleo/Whole30 Fruit Pops!

Last week we were hit with a few days of beautiful, Summer like weather.  Of course, the kids immediately wanted to go to Rita's Water Ice and I was sitting there drooling over their ices.  I immediately came home and whipped up these delicious Fruit Pops!

I started with a large handful of fresh strawberries (about 6), 2 bananas and 2 large spoonfuls of coconut milk.  I blended them all together.  When it was finished blending, it was so thick & delicious.  I could have eaten it just like that!  It reminded me of yogurt!

I lined a muffin tin with cupcake liners.  I don't know about you, but I have a ton of various assorted cupcake liners with nothing to do with them.  I poured in about 1/4 cup of my berry mix to each liner.  And I stuck it in the freezer!  After about 45 minutes, they were frozen enough where i was able to add a popsicle stick to each one!  Then I continued to freeze!

All done!  They are so good!  A great treat on a warm day!

  5. I have a simple ninja type from jcpenney, nothing fancy. I just ordered some silicone tubes from a co-op to make my own push pops!
