Crumb Cake

A couple of years ago my mom's coworker shared this recipe with her & I have been hooked on it since.  The cake is so moist & perfect & who doesn't love those crumbs on top?!

CRUMB CAKE

1 box yellow cake mix (do not use the one with pudding added or super moist)
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1 cup water

Beat all ingredients together until smooth.

Pour into a greased floured pan (use 13x9x2).  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, make your crumbs:

2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

4 teaspoons cinnamon

2 sticks butter, melted

Mix all with a spoon

Crumble on top of the cake.  I like to use my hand, I find you can really cover every piece of the cake this way.  Continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.

Cool & sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Eat.
