Donuts!

Friday night I was meeting a friend at the mall & I had gotten there a little early.  Seems they had moved my favorite store - Sur La Table - from the upper to lower level and almost like a magnet I was pulled in as I walked past.  Mind you the store is completely out of my price range, but still it's fun to look.  This little pan caught my eye - Mini-Doughnut Pan.  It was a total splurge, but the thought of making cute little, fresh donuts made me feel a little giddy inside!  There was a recipe on the back of the packaging, so I said why not.  I am sure my husband can come up with a ton of "why not's" LOL.  I need to go pick up some eggs to make snickerdoodles for my brother for Thanksgiving, so hopefully some donuts can be made this week too!
