For my daughter's 2nd birthday party, I was very determined to make her a Princess Cake!  Check out how I did it in my birthday party recap post!  Using the Easy Accent Decorator from Pampered Chef made this came come out as awesome as it did!  I am no cake decorator by any means, in fact I have a very unsteady hand and have no patience for this type of thing.  But thanks to my Decorator, I found that this was completely pain free and FUN!!

    I usually buy them because my decorating isn't good at all but my daughter bakes cakes and cupcakes all the time for friends.

    I love baking, so I enjoy making my own cakes. But I'm not too good at decorating, so I usually purchase them for family occasions. Maybe with one of these my decorating skills would improve!

    We do both, depending on how big the party is. For birthdays in my immediate family, I bake the cake. It is so much fresher that way.
