A few days ago I received a rewards card to purchase an item from Shoe Carnival so that I could  do a review of their products. I have had the opportunity to visit their stores several times in the past,  so I was very excited about this opportunity.

Shoe Carnival stores are what I would like to refer to as 'self service' stores. Where the customer walks in and sees aisles, and aisles of shoe options to choose from.  If you a question about an item there are employees available to answer them,  but generally you are on your own.  I usually prefer to be physically in a store so I can see the products in person, but because it is the middle of Winter, I decided to shop online in the comfort of my own home instead.

While at the Shoe Carnival website I was pleasantly surprised to find such a wide variety of options. Because it gets so cold here in Chicago I thought I'd shop for a nice 'warm' pair of boots. I was interested in boots that would not only help keep my feet warm, but also be fashionable at the same time. I had be quick in making my choice because the selections were dwindling down even while I shopped. I found several choices that I really liked, but I settled on the pair in the picture below.

Shopping on the Shoe Carnival website was very quick,  and easy.  I also appreciated the fact that if a customer has a question about an item the phone number to their Customer Service department is made available to them. The number is conveniently located right beneath the item in question, and can be accessed with in just one click.  I recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for new shoes, sandals or boots.  In spite of the fact that several of the boots I wanted were out of my size,  my online experience was a pleasant one.
