Cake Batter Christmas Cookies

My kids (and husband) just love these easy to make cookies!

Ingredients:

•  1 box of Vanilla Cake Mix 
•  1 tsp baking powder
•  2 eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• Anywhere from 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of sprinkles!  You can tailor this to any holiday or theme you would like! 

Directions: 

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Mix cake & baking powder,
• Add in eggs, vanilla, oil; mix, 
• Add in sprinkles and mix, 
• Drop around 1 tablespoon of batter onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. 
• Bake 10 minutes. 
• Let cool for a minute or so and then transfer to a wire cooling rack.

These make great cookies for holiday cookie swaps, to give to friends or family or to just enjoy with a glass of milk!
