{{RECIPE}} Spaghetti with Lemon & Bread Crumbs

I love a good marinara sauce, but sometimes you just are in the mood for something lighter and different.  Plus, I recently became aware that some people don't even eat tomato-based sauces!  Blasphemy!   This recipe is very versatile tough.  I made it a couple of times with some simple sauteed shrimp or even some grilled chicken would be delicious!

  • Boil your spaghetti to package directions; drain
  • In a bowl or back in your pot, mix the following with the spaghetti:  2tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1/4-1/2c Parmesan cheese, 1/4-1/2c bread crumbs, juice of 1/2 lemon, salt, pepper to taste, parsley for some pop of color.
  • Mix together
  • Enjoy!
