I love a good marinara sauce, but sometimes you just are in the mood for something lighter and different. Plus, I recently became aware that some people don't even eat tomato-based sauces! Blasphemy! This recipe is very versatile tough. I made it a couple of times with some simple sauteed shrimp or even some grilled chicken would be delicious!
- Boil your spaghetti to package directions; drain
- In a bowl or back in your pot, mix the following with the spaghetti: 2tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1/4-1/2c Parmesan cheese, 1/4-1/2c bread crumbs, juice of 1/2 lemon, salt, pepper to taste, parsley for some pop of color.
- Mix together
- Enjoy!
Mmm, that sounds yummy! I'll have to give this a try the next time I'm looking to try a new pasta dish! Thanks for sharing!
